CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged upon reservation.  In case of cancellation or change of dates of your booking, Casa el Morro have the right to charge a penalty fee as follows:

  • More than 1 month before arrival:  no penalty fee (hotel has the right to keep paid deposit of 50%)
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 50% of total
  • From 13 days to 7 days before arrival: 25% of total + paid deposit (50%)
  • 6 days before arrival: 75% of total + 1 night
  • No show (3 days or less before arrival) or early departure: 100% of total

We don´t accept bookings of five nights in high seasons (please contact us before booking) 

Larger groups: La Casa de la Caldera is comprised of 4 self-contained cottages and can provide a wonderful holiday venue for large family groups or groups of friends.  There are 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, 4 lounges and extensive gardens and large pool.  When let in combination with El Patio all cottages in the main casa have access to the internal courtyard (el patio).

When booking the entire house (Puesta de Sol, El Patio, Valle de Femés and El Aljibe) there is an extra charge of 300€ for final cleaning.
